SERENADES FOR STRINGS

Join the Philharmonic for an evening of Serenades for Strings from Dvorák and Tchaikovsky. Dvorák’s Serenade for Strings in E Major is one of his most popular orchestral works and was composed in just two weeks in May of 1875. Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings in C Major was inspired by Mozart and was completed in 1880.
