Born in Debrecen, Hungary in 1982, Andras Chlebovics studied horn at the Bela Bartok Secondary Music School with Prof. Istvan Mohacsi and the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music with Prof. Adam Friedrich. He took masterclasses with Frank Lloyd, Ab Koster, Richard Watkins, Miklós Nagy, Kerry Turner, and Peter Damm.

His orchestral experience includes performances with Orchestra of the Encuentro de Musica Y Academia de Santander, with Vladimir Ashkenaze and Peter Csaba (2006) and the Gustav Mahler Judendorchester, with Myung-Whun Chung and Philippe Jordan (2007), as well as solo concerts with Danube Symphony Orchestra as 1st Horn and Dohnanyi Symphony Orchestre as 1st-3rd horn.

András Chlebovics has participated in several competitions, winning 1st place at the 2007 5th Domenico Ceccarossi International Horn Competition and Antonin Reicha-preis.
